When you’re ready to grill the chicken, heat your grill to medium heat.

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through.  Since this marinade has honey in it, it can tend to burn if you don’t be careful, so don’t walk away while you’re making this.

Check out that delish caramelization that happens on the grill when you cook something with sugar!  That right there is why I love to grill! 🙂

In Chicago we have a strong PR community with food trucks in the park. My brother in law and the girls at work would make a special dish now and then as part of a bring a dish meal. My sweet office buddy, Clyde, had a dish much like a small meat pie turnover, She and her mom would spend an entire day making them. Sorry it has been years and i can’t recall the name of them, my brother in law said this was something he missed and loved. She won’t give me her recipe, could you find and reproduce this dish?
I like to create and cook,
