Banana Mango Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks
  • 1 small ripe banana peeled (about 1/2 cup)
  • 1 cup plain yogurt Greek or Regular
  • 1-2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. Toss the frozen mango, peeled banana, yogurt and chia in a blender. Blend until smooth, scraping down the sides of the blender, if needed.
  2. Taste for sweetness, and add agave nectar as needed. Serve immediately.
